| The Belvedere |
The Belvedere is oceanfront in Seaview (central-north of PEI). Not far from the sought after amenities. This is a beautiful beach that is connected to the Cousin's Shore Beach - dry white sand, ocean and miles to walk in either direction.
The cottage is air conditioned. It has 4 + 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bathroom has an air-jet tub as well as a 5’ walk in shower. There are 2 sets of washer/dryer. The cottage has been completed with high-quality furnishings, mattresses, appliances, linens and décor.

The upstairs sunroom also has a pullout sofa, but we do not count this as one of the bedrooms.
The entire front of the cottage (skyward windows) overlooks the ocean. The centre part of the cottage is two-floors (with the sunroom above), however the other parts of the cottage have two-storey windows all along the front section with ocean views. The main living area has down-stuffed furnishings, ship-lap details, flat screen TV, and oceanfront views.
The kitchen is customized to accommodate discerning foodies and chefs - high-end appliances, wine fridge, large island, beautiful ocean views...and a second full fridge located in the laundry room. The dining table will seat 10 and the island will seat 4.
The media room has a large projection TV screen, theatre-style seating and a surround sound system. It also has a murphy bed to be converted into a bedroom.
The sunroom on the second floor (accessed via a beautiful spiral staircase) has a comfortable sofa, chairs, desk and a wet bar and fridge. The second floor deck off the sunroom is furnished with a bistro set and loungers and provides guests with a fantastic outdoor living space for viewing beautiful sunrises, sets and everything in between.
The outdoor living space just off the main floor living/dining area is covered by the deck above (weather proof) and allows for shade from the sun or rain when you wish to lounge in front of that amazing ocean and coastline view! The cottage has multiple decks to choose from and an outdoor shower. The access to the beach is just down the lane via the beach stairs (we are not able to put stairs in directly off the cottage lot because of the height). The beach stair access only services the high end cottages in this area.
