What is your Cancellation Policy?
A 121-day cancellation notice is required for refund of your deposit (less a $250 admin fee).
If you cancel between 120 and 91 days prior to your arrival and we are able to re-book your cancelled week(s) we will refund your deposit (less a $250 admin fee). If you cancel between 120 and 91 days prior to your arrival and we are not able to re-book your cancelled week(s), the deposit becomes non-refundable.
The full payment is non-refundable if you cancel 90 days (or less) prior to your arrival date, unless we are able to re-book your cancelled week(s). A minimum $250 administration fee will be withheld on ALL cancellations.

What is the payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit upon booking (e-transfer, Visa or MasterCard) with the full balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
What is your security deposit?
There is a $1,000 security deposit that is processed close to your date of arrival, not at the time of booking.
What is PEI's tax rate?
15%

Can I auto-book a cottage online?
Please send an email to relax@yourpeivacation.com to enquire and/or book a property through us. We do not use online booking.
What are the check-in, check-out times?
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am

Do you offer baby equipment?
We are happy to provide a high chair and/or playpen during your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking, if you require either. For any other baby equipment (crib, stroller, etc.) we are happy to recommend a local equipment rental company.
Is firewood provided for bonfires?
Wood can be purchased all across PEI on the roadsides (honor system) or at gas stations and convenience stores. Wood is not provided at the cottage.
