Newly built (currently in progress and will be completed this spring), this 4 bedroom inverted cottage is within an easy 2 minute walk to the gorgeous Penderosa Beach, where you can walk along the ocean for miles.
On the ground floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms (King, queen and queen), 2 full baths (one is an ensuite to the master), laundry and the main entry.
An open concept living/kitchen/dining with ocean views, a fireplace, comfortable furnishings and a great kitchen are on the upper floor. This floor also boasts a beautiful ocean view sunroom with furniture to lounge, a half bath, the 4th bedroom (queen bed) and expansive decks for outdoor living and great views.
