Costa Mor is a beautiful new oceanfront property – just steps to a gorgeous beach and centrally located on the north shore of PEI. Few cottages are as close to the beach as Costa Mor and with very easy stair access off your front yard.
The entire front of the main floor has unobstructed views of the ocean from the dining, sitting area and master bedroom. French doors leads to the Oceanside deck and front yard where you’ll find comfortable outdoor seating, an outdoor shower and a stone bonfire pit.
The bright open-concept main area brings the kitchen, sitting and dining areas together. A large harvest table, seating for 8, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen make your at-home-dining experiences easy and enjoyable. The comfortable seating area has many great uses…morning coffee, reading a favorite book, ocean gazing or Netflix & chill. The main floor is completed with the master bedroom (queen bed) and a full bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). There is a private entrance to the bathroom from the master bedroom.
The entire front of the second floor also overlooks the ocean. The large family room and games area are the focus of the second level with a sectional, chairs, large TV, sound system and a separate games table with lots of games. Two additional bedrooms are on this floor – the lovely queen room overlooks the ocean and the cozy bunk room sleeps 4. A large full bathroom (tub/shower, sink and toilet) and the laundry make up the rest of this area.
The cottage is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a picnic table for outdoor or messy dining and a bonfire pit.
