SeaSong has a beautiful setting - surrounded by acres of green grass and rolling hills, the Lake of Shining Waters and absolutely panoramic ocean views.
The main floor is decorated in coastal blues, greens and whites and is open-concept between the entry, kitchen, dining and living areas. All of these areas have great views of the ocean through floor to ceiling windows and French doors that lead to the large wrap-around deck. The outdoor living space has both sunny and shaded areas, ample deck furniture, a picnic table and bonfire pit. A perfect setting to create great vacation memories!
The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher included) and the solid wood farmhouse table will sit a group of 8. The main floor is complete with 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is a full 4 piece (sink, toilet, tub/shower).
The upper floor is big, bright and divided into two sections – the family room and bed/bath area. The family room has cathedral ceilings and is open to a portion of the lower floor (full railing all around for safety). This area also has French doors that lead to the large second floor deck – perfect for taking in the amazing sights with your morning coffee or afternoon refreshments (absolutely breathtaking views from this deck). One section of the family room is furnished to allow for reading, relaxing and taking in the ocean views via large doors and windows and the other section is equipped with a large TV, couch and chairs. Loads of space for the whole family!!! All living areas are furnished with quality comfortable pieces. The third bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and a full bath (4 piece) just outside the door.
SeaSong is located very close to the popular Cousin’s Shore Beach and two of our other properties (Ocean Villa and Three Mermaids), so if you’re looking for accommodations for a large or multiple families, this is definitely an option to consider. The beach is a very short drive (2-3 minutes, parking available) or a longer walk from the cottage. SeaSong is complete with a well equipped kitchen, wifi internet, satellite, BBQ, full size washer and dryer, towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.
Golf, fantastic restaurants, fresh seafood, live entertainment, ceilidhs, shopping, antiquing, water park, amusement park and much more are just a short drive away! New photos will be added as they become available.
