New Leaf cottage is oceanfront with direct access to a beautiful white sand beach. Located in Seaview, this rental has some of the best coastal views on one of our best beaches - a favorite area for many island vacationers.
The cottage has everything you require for a relaxing, fun and memorable vacation - including fantastic sunsets. The main floor is flooded with natural light and has an open kitchen/dining/living area that overlooks the ocean, one bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full laundry and sizeable outdoor deck. The loft area hosts a large second bedroom (two single beds) that also has a great ocean view. This rental is perfect for a family of four or two couples.
Included amenities are: wifi, TV/satellite, telephone, bed linens, towels, beach towels, BBQ (propane), picnic table, beach toys, deck chairs and beach chairs. The large property is home to two oceanfront cottages. The second cottage is occupied during the summer by a wonderful couple who are always willing to offer great PEI advice.
New Leaf is just 10 minutes to Kensington where you will find groceries, a pharmacy, liquor store, hardware store, gas, Tim Horton's and restaurants. Fresh seafood is also readily available at the Ship to Shore Restaurant's retail seafood outlet on Rte. 20.
