Atlantic Blue is a beautiful and welcoming cottage on PEI's very sought-after north shore at Penderosa Beach. Perfect for a relaxing Island getaway! Sleeping 8-9 guests in 4 bedrooms and with 2.5 baths, it combines spacious comfortable living with a casual beach vibe. Just a three-minute walk lands you at a secluded sandy stretch of gorgeous Penderosa Beach.
Gather in the bright, cozy and open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with large windows and comfortable furnishings. Or, step through French doors to the screened-in porch…ideal for lounging with cocktails or board games – or both! Enjoy time spent on the large deck or around the custom fire pit…roasting marshmallows and/or enjoying the sunset. Many great experiences await!
The main floor also includes a bedroom with a single bed and a half bath with laundry. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed, AC, private balcony overlooking the ocean, ensuite with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms on the second floor provide ample space for guests to comfortably rest: one with a queen bed and water views, the other with a double bed, single bunk and a single trundle - perfect for kids to getaway, play or watch TV. A full bathroom with double sinks completes the second floor.
After a day of sea and sand, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, play safely in the spacious yard (on a very quiet road) or grab your favorite summer read for a relaxing sojourn in the screened porch.
The well designed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a wine fridge. Additional amenities include wifi, satellite TV, BBQ, full washer/dryer, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys.
Nearby attractions include Malpeque Bay’s famous oysters, great restaurants, family-friendly Cabot Beach Provincial Park, kayaking tours, Cavendish and the Green Gables Shore are just a 20-minute scenic drive away.
