This bright and beach-inspired (newly renovated in 2021) 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom cottage is located on and has direct access to Cousins Shore Beach, one of the most family-loved beaches on PEI.
The cottage features a striking 180 degree view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence from the surround deck and through the many large windows in the family room. Bonus - this PEI cottage, is a short stroll to the beautiful Cousins Shore beach. The family room - with cathedral ceilings, expansive windows, comfortable seating, propane fireplace and a flat screen TV/satellite - creates a very cozy atmosphere for your family holiday. A beautiful and spacious kitchen provides ample counter space for prepping and cooking, views of the ocean and all the kitchen conveniences of home. The large patio doors just before the kitchen lead to the deck and BBQ space – again, with great ocean views. A lovely harvest dining table seats up to 8 people and offers ocean views through the living room windows.
The three bedrooms include a second floor master with queen bed (ensuite bath) and a great view of the Gulf. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the main floor bathroom (also with great views of the Gulf via a large window). The third bedroom includes a queen bed and is next to the main bath as well. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the main floor bathroom.
You are just 10 minutes to Kensington for all your shopping needs and the hub of Cavendish is just 20 minutes away. Ocean Villa is in Anne's Land - only 5 minutes away from the Green Gables Museum - and a stone's throw from the Lake of Shining Waters. Golf anyone? There is a nearby solution to every golfer's craving. Within a 25-minute drive, you can tee it up at 7 nearby courses.
Other amenities include linens, towels, beach towels, an outdoor shower, picnic table on the deck, adirondack chairs, a beach wagon, BBQ, satellite, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen.
