Welton Hill has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open concept living, dining and kitchen area that has an amazing view of the river and rolling hillside. Whether you choose to relax by the propane fireplace or enjoy a favorite movie on the large smart TV, Welton Hill's living areas will easily provide all the comforts of a home away from home. The waterfront kitchen and dining area with grand floor to ceiling windows have a wonderful calming effect as you go about preparing your favorite vacation meals.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath while the second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. A spacious full bath with double sinks is also available just outside the second and third bedrooms.
Additional areas on the main level include a second family room (with queen sofa bed, large flat screen tv, DVD player & full closet), a full bath/laundry area, a beautiful water view deck (accessible from the living room) and a bright spacious foyer.
Welton Hill provides a well-appointed kitchen, satellite TV, wifi, bedding, towels, beach towels, beach toys, deck chairs, picnic table, a stainless steel BBQ and a large island stone bon-fire pit (just off the main deck).
Welton Hill is just 10 minutes from Cavendish where you will find groceries, liquor store, Tim Horton's, gas, the famous Anne of Green Gables, Golf, Shining Waters Fun Park, the Cavendish Boardwalk, Cows Ice Cream, Cavendish Beach, mini-golf, restaurants and many additional attractions. A further 5 minutes will get you to Rustico which has a pharmacy, fresh seafood, beautiful waterfront boardwalk and the Watermark Theatre.
