with direct (safe) access to a private beach, Tranquilidad provides

plenty of opportunity to create wonderful vacation memories.
The home consists of a waterfront kitchen/dining/lounging area
that connects to a large screened porch via two sets
of double terrace doors. Quite often the terrace doors are kept
open
to create a flowing indoor/outdoor living space.
The well furnished and very comfortable screened porch has an unobstructed
view of the beach, water, and passing vessels.
There are four bedrooms
(3 king beds and 1 queen bed) and an additional family room with
queen sofa bed (sleeping 2 more). The family room provides a television,
DVD, and cable and has double doors that provide
complete privacy as a bedroom or sound barrier as a games/movie
room. Our guests are naturally drawn to the fireside living area
while chefs are cooking in the open kitchen or kids are
playing nearby. Other rooms
include 2.5 baths and full laundry facilities.
The summer home is complete with an extremely well equipped kitchen,
high speed internet, stainless steel BBQ, large decks, and additional
dining table/chairs in the screened porch. The 3000 sf home is
decorated in a beautiful east coast style that has the same effect
as a Saturday night Ceilidh...always welcoming you in!
Golf, fantastic restaurants, fresh seafood, live theatre, historic
tours, shopping, boating and Cows Ice Cream are only minutes away.
