Bailebrae is THE premier rental property on PEI. It truly has it all. Unobstructed ocean views, easy private access to a secluded beach (which stretches out for miles), a very private setting and a quick drive to the picturesque St. Peter's Bay. Please note that the maximum occupancy for the house is 10 guests only.
At Bailebrae the kitchen, dining and great room have 15' ceilings. As you enter the main double doors on the first level the ceilings seem to soar above. Take the wide staircase to the 2nd level and soak in the views from every room. The custom gourmet kitchen is to your right with a 48" Thermador Pro Grand Gas Range, a 48" Thermador Fridge, 2 dishwashers, a 2-zoned cooling beverage center, bar sink, a microwave drawer, a Harvest table to seat 10 that overlooks the ocean and 4 stools at the large island. Just beyond the kitchen you can access the very welcoming screen porch with panoramic views, comfortable furnishings and built-in sound system. Our guests will be spending much of their leisure time in this room!
The great room is directly off the stairs and has a 7' wide wood burning fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, a large smart TV, expansive windows overlooking the ocean and access to the waterside viewing deck.
Just past the great room you will find the half bath and master bedroom. The master has a king bed, ocean views, a window seat and a beautiful ensuite (soaker tub, glass shower with body jets, double sinks & toilet).
The first level of the home is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a TV/Games room, full laundry room and covered porch. The Oceanside porch will have 2 x 5' swings and Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy the beautiful views, relax in the fresh ocean air or catch a rest in the shade. Each bedroom is spacious and has a view of the ocean. Descriptions of the bedrooms are as follows. Please note that the maximum occupancy for the house is 10 guests only. The Jr. Suite has a king bed and ensuite (3 pc. bath with large walk-in shower and double sinks), bedroom #3 has a King bed, Bedroom #4 has 2x queen beds and 2x custom built-in single beds above (there is also a TV in this room). Please note that bedroom #3 & #4 share a full (4 pc.) bath with tub/shower, large sink and toilet.
The Carriage House at Bailebrae is quite a delight! The detached building is beautiful and bright and offers private quarters for 2 on the second level with amazing ocean views. The large vaulted-ceiling living area is open-concept to the kitchen, eating area and offers access to the Oceanside deck. The bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, desk/seat area and ocean views. The carriage house is complete with a 3 pc. bath (shower), full laundry on the first floor, air conditioning, satellite TV, wifi and BBQ.
Bailebrae will be outfitted in neutral East Coast decor (i.e. Restoration Hardware furnishings, etc.) and is complete with air conditioning, satellite, wifi, built-in sound system throughout the house and screen porch, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, BBQ, an outdoor shower and Arizona-style fire pit.
Bailebrae is located just 25 minutes from the famous Links at Crowbush Cove, 20 minutes to the town of Morell and less than an hour from Charlottetown. Vacationing on PEI offers the freshest seafood, the finest produce, fantastic restaurants, the best beaches, top-notch golfing, shopping galore, historic landmarks/tours, the world's best ice cream, sea kayaking, horseback riding, Anne, live theatre, local ceilidhs and so much more!

Please note: the cottage is INVERTED LIVING - so the main living level is on the second floor, with superior views!!! It sleeps 14 (4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in main house and 1 bedroom and 1 bath in the carriage house).
Rooms on the Main (2nd) Level are -Great room, Kitchen, Dining, Screen Porch, Master Bedroom, Master Ensuite, - Bath and Viewing Deck.
