Summer Breeze rests on the north shore of PEI to provide its guests with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. With the beach literally steps away, this oceanfront property has quickly become a favorite summer destination for many.
The long length of windows in the open concept-cathedral living/dining/kitchen offer an unobstructed view of the ocean and the many varied scenes floating by. The kitchen has an efficient layout with lots of counter space to whip up your favorite summer treats and is conveniently adjacent to the dining area. Beyond dining - the living room is flooded with natural light from the ocean front windows and large patio doors leading directly to the waterfront deck. The living room is made further cozy and inviting with the cast iron propane fireplace and wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The cottage's main level also has a den (with a sofabed), main bathroom (tub/shower enclosure, sink & toilet), full washer & dryer and the master bedroom (king bed) with an ensuite (large shower, sink & toilet).
Imagine waking up in your bed on the second floor and your first sight being the ocean landscape through the cathedral windows. This loft area has a queen bed and lounging space to enjoy the splendid views, cozy up with a favorite novel or enjoy a favorite summer show. The large flat screen tv in the loft is mounted to the wall and also has satellite.
A perfect example of our famous island beaches is located just off your front yard. Take the few steps down to the shore and enjoy lounging in the warm sand, creating your own version of a sand castle, body surf the Gulf waves or walk for miles. You could not be closer to a beautiful island beach, than right here!
Summer Breeze is complete with a large waterfront deck, picnic table, deck chairs, beach chairs, outdoor shower and BBQ. The home provides satellite TV, wifi, linens, towels, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen.
Summer Breeze is located on the border of Darnley and Seaview and is close to Kensington, Cavendish and Summerside - great restaurants, fresh seafood, shopping, bakeries, golf, local entertainment, Anne of Green Gables, deep sea fishing and much much more!
