King's Cove is situated on the north shore of PEI in Savage Harbour - just 35 minutes east of Charlottetown. It is a large and luxurious 4 bedroom oceanfront property with direct access to the mainly private beach - 200 feet - off the front deck - no cliffs. One of the main features of the cottage is a cathedral ocean side 4-season room with comfortable furnishings and a propane fireplace - perfect for winding down in the evening or seeking a little shade during the day.
The open-concept heart of this summer home is spacious, beautiful, air conditioned and has uninterrupted ocean views from every angle. It welcomes you with a large custom kitchen (granite counter-tops, beverage fridge, 5-burner gas cook-top), an expansive harvest table to seat 10 (plus 4 chairs at the 9' stone island), a cathedral family room - with ample seating - propane fireplace - a large wall-mounted TV - and access to the sizeable waterfront deck.
You'll notice that the east and west wings of the cottage house the sleeping quarters - each separated from the main living space with sliding barn-style doors. This layout is perfect for families who have young (or more senior) members who require an earlier (quiet time) than the rest of the household. The kids bunk room also doubles as their own entertainment space with a flat screen TV. Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and every bedroom has a large ceiling fan.
The bedroom configurations are as follows and sleep 14 comfortably:

Bedroom 4: 2 sets of single over
double bunk beds
There are 2.5 bathrooms in total. The full bathrooms are located in the sleeping wings and offer two sinks in each. One has a tub/shower enclosure while the second has a soaker tub and separate glass shower. The half bath is found in one of the two large foyers which were designed to minimize "traffic jams" and to enhance organization. The laundry is located in the "other" foyer and includes a deep stainless steel sink. Guests are also highly encouraged to experience the outdoor shower situated off the back porch - we've even included a tilt-down (outdoor) drying rack for your shower/beach towels.
The home provides a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD, wifi, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, deck chairs, picnic tables, BBQ and a bonfire pit.
King's Cove is located just 20 minutes from the famous Links at Crowbush Cove and the town of Morell, 30 minutes from the beautiful Dalvay by the Sea and an hour from world-renowned Cavendish Beach.
