From the moment you drive onto the property, Sunset Bluff welcomes you to vacation serenity. The spacious, waterfront, treed property is well manicured and private. Located within the Cavendish Resort area, the cottage is also conveniently located close to golf, famous beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and all that the North Shore has to offer.
The vaulted main living area is the perfect vacationing layout for families and couples alike. The entire front of the cottage boasts water views from every room, including the full glass sunroom, which is an ideal spot for those of you who might appreciate some 'quiet time' and which has direct access to the large deck.
The living room provides a wood burning fire place for great off-season warmth, large flat screen tv and very comfortable furnishings. The dining area seats six at a beautiful harvest table, while the kitchen is bright, functional and well...so very inviting! All the amenities of home can be found here - stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher & microwave), large island with side butcher block, open shelving for ease of use and abundant surface space. Definitely a multiple cook kitchen.
Sunset Bluff has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is located off the living area and provides a queen bed, ensuite bath (sink, toilet & large shower), and has direct access to the waterfront deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom includes a full tub/shower.
In respect to outdoor living, the large deck offers its guests quite a cozy setting for marine watching, sunset gazing and entertaining. The space includes lounging furniture, a dining table, a large BBQ and a path that leads you to the bluff's seating area. A staircase from the top will take you to the water's edge and optional bonfire area. *Please note that although there is more than ample safe green space for children to play outside, the outer edge of this property is on a high cliff.
The cottage is complete with satellite tv, dvd, wireless highspeed, telephone, washer & dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ (with propane) and deck furnishings.
