SandDunes Beach House offers its guests a fantastic view of the ocean, New London Bay and Cavendish Sand Dunes. The large waterfront property is perfect for families - with stairs leading directly to the water from the front lawn and lots of green space for play. The cottage underwent an upgrade renovation in 2019 that included a new kitchen & appliances, new flooring, new bathrooms, a new fireplace and new staircase.
The 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom PEI cottage rental sleeps 10 comfortably with a queen sofa bed in the sunroom. An open concept floor plan allows guests to entertain from the large sun room to the deck-side sitting room and everywhere in between. The main living space with floor to ceiling cathedral windows includes three separate lounging areas: a living room (open to the kitchen and dining room) which provides a cozy spot to warm up by the fire, entertain guests or watch a favorite movie; a sitting room (couch & chair) with patio doors leading directly to the expansive waterfront deck; and a sunroom that provides 4 chairs, a coffee/games table and a small built-in wet bar (w/ sink & wine fridge).
A spacious kitchen with quartz island and all the amenities of home is the perfect venue to prepare favorite vacation meals. The large harvest dining table will seat 8-10 guests with a terrific waterside view. The island will also accommodate two.
There are two master bedrooms with ensuites. The first master is a true oasis that welcomes you with gorgeous panoramic views, private balcony, luxe ensuite with a large shower and separate soaker tub and a double-sided fireplace (between ensuite & bedroom). The second master bedroom has a 3/4 ensuite (shower) and sitting area to take in the beautiful water views through the cathedral windows. The complete bed configuration is: 1st master bedroom on second level (queen bed), 2nd master bedroom on second level (queen bed), 3rd bedroom on main level (queen bed), 4th bedroom on main level (double bed).
SandDunes Beach House is complete with a large waterfront deck, BBQ, and seaside fire pit. The home provides satellite TV, wireless internet, linens, towels, deck chairs, deck dining, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
